Negril Pup Rescue
Who are we?
The mission of Negril Pup Rescue is to rescue, rehabilitate, and adopt the unwanted dogs and puppies that are left abandoned on the streets, the hills, and the beaches in Negril, Jamaica.
Find Out Who We Are and What We Do
Negril Pup Rescue is a registered 501(c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless injured, abused, and neglected stray dogs and puppies. Our dogs are adopted to loving homes in the USA, Canada, and Jamaica. All animals in our care are spayed/neutered and receive all proper veterinarian care before being adopted. If a rescue dog is deemed un-adoptable because of health or age we provide a sanctuary for it to live out it’s life.
Volunteers work with the dogs to ensure they are rehabilitated and socialized enough to be placed in loving homes. We are all volunteers and operate off of donations.
Another big part of our mission is to educate and advocate for proper animal care; treatment; and spay/neuter. Overpopulation is a very big concern in this area.
Negril Pup Rescue unofficially started on May 31, 2018. Several dogs with severe mange and maggot infestations were rescued and rehabilitated and successfully adopted in the USA and Canada. Negril Pup Rescue acquired a consistent group of supporters who kept sending in donations for us to continue to help others. We believe with your support we can help so many more.
